Bienvenido a Budo Spain

Suiō-ryū Iai Kenpō (水鷗流 居合 剣法) is a traditional Japanese martial arts school founded in 1615 by Mima Yoichizaemon Kagenobu. Transmitted from generation to generation until today, this discipline preserves the spirit and techniques of the classical samurai, focusing on the use of the katana and other traditional weapons such as the , wakizashi, kogusoku, naginata, tanjō, and kusarigama.

Under the direct guidance of its current headmaster, the 15th sōke Katsuse Yoshimitsu Kagehiro, practitioners in Spain follow the tradition throughout much of the country.
